Every Tuesday after work hours, we hold a structured Teacher Capacity-Building Session designed to enhance professional development, pedagogical skills, and personal growth among our teaching staff. These sessions are part of our commitment to continuous learning and excellence in education.
Purpose
To expose teachers to new methods, tools, and ideas that will:
- Improve classroom effectiveness
- Boost teacher confidence and creativity

Format
Facilitator: An invited external guest trainer, expert, or coach specializing in a specific educational or developmental topic
Day: Every Tuesday
Time: After regular teaching hours (e.g., 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM)
Venue: School staff room / training hall
