Sponsorship
At Highland, we offer scholarship to children from poor families and help to secure others that are willing to sponsor children to find them suitable children who need the support most. Through this so far more than 30 children have graduated from Highland and 25 more are still studying under the sponsorship scheme.
Program Overview
The Highland Student Sponsorship & Scholarship Program is a life-changing initiative that identifies children from financially disadvantaged backgrounds and connects them with educational opportunities through direct scholarships and individual sponsors. Our goal is to ensure that no child is denied a quality education due to financial hardship.
Through this program, we also actively seek sponsors—individuals, families, or organizations—who are willing to support a child’s education financially, emotionally, and morally. We carefully match these sponsors with children who demonstrate the greatest need and potential.
Program Objectives
- To provide full or partial scholarships to children from low-income families
- To connect willing sponsors with deserving children in need of educational support
- To reduce dropout rates caused by poverty, household instability, or financial crises
- To ensure supported students are holistically nurtured and empowered to succeed academically and socially
Impact to Date
- ✅ 30+ students have successfully graduated from Highland through the sponsorship program
- 🎓 Graduates have gone on to pursue higher education, vocational training, and employment
- 📚 25 students are currently enrolled and studying under full or partial sponsorships
- 🤝 Program continues to grow as more sponsors come forward and more children are identified
